The Kunafa, Pistachio & Chocolate Brownie is Bangalore's only brownie of its kind — shredded Kunafa pastry pressed into Belgian chocolate fudge, finished with pistachio, directly inspired by Seher's time in professional kitchens in Dubai. The Triple Chocolate Brownie layers dark, milk and white Belgian chocolate into one fudgy base — each form of chocolate contributing something different to the same dense, yielding interior. The Nutella Ferrero Brownie is layered with Nutella and finished with a Ferrero Rocher pressed into the top — no explanation needed.
