Are your products suitable for diabetics?
We are working on a dedicated Diabetic Friendly range and will share more details very soon. If you have specific dietary requirements in the meantime, please reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help.
Do you cater for corporate orders?
Yes — we regularly fulfil corporate orders for team celebrations, client gifting, office events and festive hampers. All our products are available in Eggless variants at no extra charge, making it easy to cater to mixed dietary requirements across a team.
For corporate enquiries, please reach out to us directly on WhatsApp with details of what you need — quantities, preferred delivery date and any specific requirements. We'll get back to you promptly to put together the right order.
Can I reschedule my delivery?
Yes — you can reschedule your delivery to any available date within the next 15 days, as long as you let us know by midnight the night before your original delivery date.
To reschedule, simply message us on WhatsApp with your order number and your preferred new delivery date. We'll confirm the change as soon as possible.
Requests received after midnight cannot be accommodated as your order will already be in preparation.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from us with your order number — check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
You will also receive a WhatsApp confirmation shortly after.
If there is any issue with your order — for example if a product is unavailable for that week — we will reach out to you directly via WhatsApp. If you don't hear from us, your order is confirmed and being prepared.
Please save our WhatsApp number so our messages don't get filtered. You can find it on our website and on your order confirmation email.
What is the shelf life of each product?
Shelf life varies by product. Here is a quick guide:
Medovik Cakes — best within 3 days of delivery. Store in the refrigerator.
Signature Cakes — best within 2 to 3 days of delivery. Store in the refrigerator. Remove 20 minutes before serving for best texture.
Individual Brownies — best within 5 to 7 days. Store at room temperature in a cool dry place. Refrigeration recommended.
Brownie Packs and Tubs — best within 5 to 7 days. Refrigeration recommended.
Cookie Pie — best eaten warm within 30 minutes of delivery. Can be reheated in a microwave for 20 seconds.
Mini Brownie Bites and Cookie Pops — best within 3 to 4 days. Store at room temperature.
Almond Dates Banana Loaf — best within 5 to 6 days. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
All products are baked fresh to order and dispatched the same day they are made. No preservatives are used.
Can I order same day?
We don't offer same-day delivery just yet. Order before 6PM and we'll deliver the next day — or choose any future date within the next 15 days at checkout.
Is everything available eggless?
Yes, and at no extra charge as well.
Do you deliver outside Bangalore?
Loaf Cake yes, other cakes and items No.
